The 91.121.133.41 IP address belongs to OVH, who provides with internet hosting and collocation services, among others. In fact, OVH is the biggest internet hosting provider in France, and the second one in Europe.

The new servers will share the load with their Bat-Servers in a Swedish nuclear bunker, which has been the home of WikiLeaks since last summer. [Gizmodo France]
