DataLock ensures that a thief who grabs your laptop won't get access to your data, and recovery media and 24/7 phone support ensure that you won't lock yourself out. The price seems a bit high for a single component of ZoneAlarm's suite, but it's a lot cheaper than recovering from identity theft or industrial espionage.

MicroWorld's eScan Anti-Virus 11 boasts a new user interface, but the changes are only skin-deep. As a bonus it comes with a decent firewall and a dreadful spam filter. It's more effective at removing and blocking malware than last year's edition, but you can definitely do better.
